Refund and Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (excluding sale items) within 7 days from date of delivery, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
How to Return
Log Into Our Account.
Go To Return option.
Fill The Return Form.
Our Team Will Contact You To Arrange The Return In 3 Working Days.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed for approval and we will let you about your refund.
- Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).
- Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item.
- Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
- We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
- if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
- If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;
- If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
- If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
